Can I find out my child’s position on the waitlist?
We are unable to provide specific waitlist positions or timelines, as availability changes frequently depending on enrolment. Our team reviews the waitlist on an ongoing basis and will reach out directly when a space becomes available that matches your child’s age and program needs. In the meantime, you are welcome to ensure your contact information is up to date so we don’t miss you!

How long is the wait typically?
Wait times vary depending on the program, age group, and availability at each location. We are unable to provide an estimated timeframe, but rest assured your child remains on our list and we will contact you if a suitable space becomes available.

Can I schedule a tour of the facility?
We appreciate your interest in visiting us! At Kinder College Early Learning Centre, we do not offer facility tours while your child is on the waitlist. Once a space becomes available and you have been contacted by our team, we will be happy to arrange a tour at that time. We look forward to welcoming you when the time comes!

How will I know if a spot becomes available?
Our team will contact families directly by email when a suitable space becomes available for their child’s age group and preferred location. We encourage families to respond promptly, as spaces may be offered to the next family on the list if we do not receive a response within the requested timeframe.

Can I update my preferred start date or location after applying?
Yes! Please email our team if you would like to update your preferred start date, preferred location, or any contact information related to your application.

Do you offer sibling priority?
Yes, sibling applications are given priority consideration when spaces become available, depending on program availability.

Do you accept fee subsidy?
At this time, Kinder College Early Learning Centre does not accept fee subsidy.

Are children automatically transitioned to the next program (Infant to Toddler, Toddler to Preschool)?
Children enrolled in our programs are typically transitioned to the next age group program as spaces become available and once they meet the age requirements for the next classroom.

When is my child’s spot officially secured?
A space is only officially secured once all required enrollment steps have been completed, including submission of registration documents and payment of the deposit.

Can I request an earlier start date if a spot becomes available sooner?
Yes! Families are welcome to let us know if they are flexible with their preferred start date. If an earlier space becomes available, our team may contact you regarding the opportunity.

What happens if I miss an email or do not respond right away?
Families are encouraged to monitor their email regularly, including junk/spam folders. If we do not receive a response within the requested timeframe, the spot may be offered to another family on the waitlist.

Can I stay on the waitlist if I decline a spot?
Yes, families may request to remain on the waitlist for a future start date if they are unable to accept a currently offered space.

Should I follow up or check back on my child’s waitlist status?
There is no need to follow up regarding your child’s waitlist status. Our team reviews the waitlist on an ongoing basis and will contact you directly as soon as a space becomes available. Please ensure your contact information remains up to date so we can reach you promptly if an opening becomes available.
