At Kinder College, we are committed to more than just supervising children—we actively foster their healthy growth and development during these critical early years. Our role as early childhood educators is one we take seriously, striving to deliver the highest quality programs to our families.
Our Curriculum Approach
We follow the Emergent Curriculum model, a dynamic approach that responds directly to the individual interests and developmental goals of each child. We believe children learn best when their curiosity is engaged, allowing learning to occur naturally. Our educators play a key role in this process, requiring them to observe, document, and creatively plan activities that align with each child’s interests. Unlike traditional curricula, which are often repeated annually regardless of the children’s unique needs, our approach is child-directed and teacher-facilitated, ensuring a personalized learning experience.

Developmental Assessments
To further enhance our child care program, we have developed an in-house developmental assessment tool unique to Kinder College. This tool is integral to our Emergent Curriculum approach, providing our educators with valuable insights into each child’s progress. By setting meaningful developmental goals, we can ensure our teaching strategies are effective, offering accountability and continuous improvement within our programs.
Healthy Meals Prepared on Site
You don’t have to worry about what your child is eating at Kinder College. Our food is never catered and all meals and snacks are prepared on site. We prepare all menu items from scratch and steer clear from processed foods. We source most of our produce locally and prioritize organic ingredients. Our menus have been developed for children optimal health and diversity.
